Entry visa is required for entering Brazil and it must be
obtained prior to your departure. This requirement has been waived for citizens
of certain countries.
BR Online Travel offers you the convenience of getting the needed tourist
visa without any travelling or standing in line. To use our service, please
obtain the application form ( see instructions below) and mail it to us with
the required documents and fees.
These instructions are for tourism visa only. If you will travel to
Brazil on business, you need to contact your nearest brazilian consulate as
the requirements for business visa may vary. Click

Note about application download: Because of differences in software version or
computer setup, some users will get a form that does not print correctly. Before
sending the documents to us, make sure your application form is correctly formated
by checking here.

After you download the file please complete, print and mail it to us with the
required documents and fee.
Required Documents - These are documents required
for the tourist visa only.
If you need a Business visa, please contact the nearest
brazilian consulate
- One 2x2 picture (full face) for each application
- A copy of your round trip ticket to Brazil or itinerary print out from
a carrier or travel agent attesting to the acquisition of ticket , with flight
or vessel identification and dates of departure to and from Brazil ( we provide
when you purchase the ticket from us). For airline employees, copy of ID card.
- Your valid Passport or permit to reenter the US (remaining validity of
at least 6 months); Your passport must be signed. Visa
will not be issued if you have a new passport and it is not signed. Additional
charges will apply to return documents.
Non-US Citizens are additionally requested to present a copy of US resident
alien card or a valid entry visa to the US.
- For applicants under 18, when traveling without parents or legal guardian,
notarized letter of consent signed by parents or legal guardian (proof required)
- For children 3 months to 6 years of age, certificate of vaccination against
polio, stating type and dosage.
